We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@vannera.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Not happy with your order? No problem. You have 30 days to return or exchange your items, no hassle. Send us a message at support@vannera.com, and we’ll get back to you the same day.
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are still the responsibility of the customer.
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
