We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As described above, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase AND only if the order has not yet been processed or transmitted to our fulfillment partner.
Due to automated order processing, many orders are sent to fulfillment immediately after purchase. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Cancellation requests submitted via email or customer support are not guaranteed and are subject to order status at the time the request is received.
If an order cannot be canceled, customers must follow our standard return process after delivery in order to be eligible for a refund.
